Perfect Corned Beef Brisket
1 - 3 pound corned beef brisket
1 - beef broth (one carton)
1 - can coke
1.5 cups of celery
1.5 cups of onion
1.5 cups of carrots.

directions: put celery, onions, carrots, broth, and coke in a crock pot set to High. Season then brown the brisket in a skillet. Put the browned brisket (fat side up) in the crock pot, cook for 2 hours. After two hours set to low and cook for 4 more hours.

Drain au jus then slice and make the perfect sandwich...

Hot deli mustard
thick sliced Rye Bread
Directions: toast two slices of bread, Schmear one slice with 1/2 Avacado, Schmear the other slice with Liverwurst, add mustard, sliced Brisket, tomato, and lettuce... Slice in half and dip in au jus Enjoy!
